Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy :  Insurance Policies maybe cancelled by the insured, company or premium finance company in accordance with Insurance Statutes governing these provisions of the insurance contract.  All unearned premium will be returned on a flat or pro rata basis to the appropriate payer.  The conditions under which an existing insurance policy can be cancelled and unearned premiums returned are outlined in the Producers Manual which can be accessed by clicking the Producer link on the Association’s web site.

 

Delivery/Shipping Policy:  New and Renewal Policies as well as policy Endorsement are delivered to the insured upon satisfactory premium payment receipt by the Association. Once the new, renewal or endorsement policy premium has been paid to and received by the Association, all related policy documents are released immediately to the policyholder and Producer.
